Roaring Grill

An architectural response that enabled the existing building to reveal its story and history.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

With a limited budget, the design response for the project was to remove the clutter and dated finishes - allowing the existing building to reveal its history and to tell its story. The addition of new eatery area created the opportunity to create a external first level terrace which looks out over the city and North Hobart.
